Return/Refund Policy
You may return items in accordance with the Return Policy instructions listed on the website under Terms and Conditions. If you are uncertain about your right to return a product, you may also call Customer Service at (949) 851-1500, and someone will gladly answer your questions.
Rezen Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Rezen is committed to customer satisfaction with all its products and services. Please read below for further information on our return and refund policies. Rezen monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Rezen’s discretion.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
All sales are final, with certain exceptions listed below. At Rezen, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of quality products. Therefore, our kits cannot be returned or exchanged. From a food safety and customer protection perspective, we cannot accept or reuse food items after they have left our chain of custody. All opened or unopened, refused, returned, or refunded products are subject to a $50 disposal fee per box, plus applicable shipping costs. Any package that needs to be rerouted will incur a $30 fee. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we welcome any feedback on how we can improve.
To cancel a subscription agreement (which includes any subsequent orders), you must notify Rezen by 11:59 PM PST 1 day prior to your renewal/charge date. Failure to do so will result in your payment being processed and the order being shipped.
EXCEPTIONS
If there is a product quality concern or incorrect products were included in a shipment, the customer service team may request a photo for documentation or send you a prepaid return label to return the item(s) for quality analysis. Once received and inspected, the customer service team may issue a refund or replacement. If a quality issue is confirmed, or if it is agreed that the incorrect product was shipped, we will resolve the issue at no cost to the customer. Variations in packaging from photographs on websites or promotional materials will not be grounds for a refund, replacement, or return as packaging may change periodically. The determination of quality will be at the discretion of Rezen and its inspectors.
If there are missing items from an order, customers must contact Customer Service immediately to receive a timely replacement at no cost. If a replacement cannot be provided promptly, compensation will be at Rezen’s discretion.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be available if there is a product quality concern or an unexpected medical adverse event related to the product that is not addressed in our FAQs or Healthy Start Commitment. The relatedness of the event will be determined by our medical and nutrition team. In such cases, we may take any or all of the following steps:
- Connect you with the medical and nutrition team for further assessment and information collection
- Follow up by requesting additional information about the adverse event
- Advise you to discontinue the program and discard the item(s) with proof of destruction, such as a photograph
- Issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of the product. All refunds are subject to a $50 restocking/disposal fee and applicable shipping.
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Allergies to ingredients in the product
- Experiencing common side effects of fasting, such as nausea, lightheadedness, or stomach upset, as noted in our FAQs
- Constipation or diarrhea due to changes in diet
- Failing to consult your healthcare provider if you have pre-existing conditions or are taking prescription medications (we may request proof of consult)
- Risk of or existing infections
- Being underweight, pregnant, or breastfeeding
- Having known, diagnosed, or suspected eating disorders or dietary restrictions
- Being under 18 or over 70 without consulting your healthcare provider (proof of consult may be requested)
- Dissatisfaction with the sensory aspects of the product or reactions to fasting, such as fatigue, headaches, or dizziness
- Items exceeding their "Best By" date after reasonable time in customer possession
- Providing inaccurate delivery information that leads to failed delivery
Please note that refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of the product.

Shipping and Risk of Loss
Rezen will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Unless otherwise noted, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products promptly after receiving your completed order. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. Product availability may vary, and some products may not be immediately available for delivery. All items purchased from the website are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Rezen may reject orders where the stated delivery address is outside the United States. Rezen will not offer replacements or refunds for orders reported missing or damaged that were reasonably believed to have been delivered by the carrier.
