FAQ
Frequently asked questions
1
I'm taking medication(s). Should I continue taking them during the detox?
Please review the information below for general guidance, which may not apply to everyone. This is not medical advice. Please consult your doctor for personalized advice.
Important Note: Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your medication regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions, or if you experience new symptoms.
- Blood pressure medications: You can usually continue taking these, but if your systolic blood pressure (the top number) drops below 130 mmHg in the morning, consider temporarily stopping them during the detox. Low blood pressure can cause dizziness or blurry vision.
-
Diabetes:
- If you take insulin: We do not recommend detox as it can lead to dangerously low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia), which can cause symptoms like night sweats, fatigue, anxiety, nervousness, and dizziness.
- If you take oral diabetes medications: You can detox but should stop taking them during the detox and recovery period to prevent hypoglycemia. If you experience hypoglycemic symptoms, you may need to consume sugary foods or drinks like candy, chocolate, or juice.
- Anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics: We recommend doing Rezen when you are not taking anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics as they can cause stomach upset.
- Heart medications, cholesterol-lowering medications, and thyroid medications: Continue taking these as prescribed during the detox.
- Other medications: Consult your doctor for guidance before starting the detox.
2
Are there cases where Rezen detox is not recommended?
Detox diets are generally not suitable for individuals who are underweight, anemic, have low blood pressure, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are still in their growth phase.
3
It is difficult to exercise during the detox period. Is it really necessary to exercise?
Exercise is necessary to improve your metabolism and maintain muscle mass. Light exercise is strongly recommended.
4
I haven't had a bowel movement during the detox. What should I do?
Rezen is designed to be easily absorbed without digestion, allowing your digestive system to rest. Due to the lack of solid ingredients, you may have 2-3 bowel movements during the detox if you have residual waste in your system. However, if you don't have any residual waste, you may not have a bowel movement during the detox period. If you're uncomfortable due to a lack of bowel movements, first check if you're drinking enough water. Consuming Rezen with a large amount of cold water can also help stimulate bowel movements.
5
I've been having diarrhea during my detox. What should I do?
Sometimes, continuously drinking Rezen with cold water can cause diarrhea. In this case, try diluting Rezen in warm water or using a heating pad to warm your lower abdomen. Also, if you're drinking a lot of extra water, this could also be the cause, so try reducing the amount of water you drink besides the water you use for diluting Rezen.
6
Can I drink Rezen while pregnant or nursing?
It is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before consuming Rezen while pregnant or nursing. The detoxification and fasting processes could impact your body's nutrient levels, which may not be suitable during these sensitive periods.
